The subscription includes the ability to open each Cost Book file online to view the direct unit costs, selling prices and manhour factors. Also included with each book is a separate Basis of Estimate document that includes colored sketches covering the scope of work, quantity factors & tables and summaries of crew production rates as well as labor, equipment and material rates. The subscription includes Cost Books covering American costs in both USCS (English) & SI (Metric) units and Canadian books SI (Metric) units.
